We were offered an immaculately clean and modest room with 2 king beds. the hotel's location was particularly good, not far from KL Central train station, Chinatown, and the new shopping mall and restaurants and local eateries.

Decent sized and clean hotel with good service
Marvellous central location with many local food outlets. Courteous and amazingly great staff with fast check-in. - the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and a drink. - Value for money considering the overall experience

The hotel was PERFECT with modest and comfortable rooms. The setting was fantastic here and the staff were really kind and nice people at the reception desk. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Tar Boosh that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I recently stayed at Metro Hotel in KL Sentral for my trip in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is within walking distance of KL Sentral station, making it easy to access transportation to explore the city. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find numerous Indian restaurants nearby that catered to my dietary preferences. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the facilities were well-maintained, especially the clean bathroom. I also appreciated the convenience of having multiple public transport options nearby, such as buses, monorail, and KTM. I would rate my experience at Metro Hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful, arranging for a refrigerator and extra pillows. the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. the room and toilet were clean. the location was central with food and amenities nearby. a value for money stay.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The value for money at Metro Hotel @ Kl Sentral was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with my energetic 3-year-old son.
